Welcome, I am Carmela Schiano, the writing and life coach on a VH1 Reality Show. I am also a co-author of the book, “Empowering Transformations for Women: True Stories of Purpose, Faith and Action to Guide You Through Your Ever-Unfolding Personal and Professional Life”. Certified as a Professional Life and Business Coach by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), my mission is to empower my clients to achieve their personal and professional goals through proven inspirational and coaching techniques.

I was a former New York City teacher and Day Care director. As an educational and marketing consultant for over twenty years, I have created and conducted educational workshops.

In addition, I was an educational consultant of Lyons Group, Inc. where I was involved in the development, promotion and sales of the early learning concepts of Barney the Dinosaur. I was also the Northeast Regional Sales Manager.
